Welcome to Ryu Soundworks! My name is Andrew Ryu, freelance music composer and sound designer for games and other media. I have been working in the video game industry since 2012, during which I have created music and sound effects for over 100 game titles, animated shows, and other media projects. I specialize in high-quality, complex, epic fantasy orchestral music, but I’m comfortable tackling any genre. Services I offer include: Music Composition and Sound Design. Below are my rates. I am flexible in terms of rates and payment schedules, and I’m always open to discussing how I can join your project within your budget. All rates are negotiable and depends on the project.

Rates for Music [in USD]:
Exclusive License: $500 per 1 minute of music
Full Buyout: $1000 per 1 minute of music
Music Project Flat Rate: negotiable
Rates for Sound Design:
$10 to $30 per sound effect asset, depending on length/complexity
Sound Design Project Flat Rate: Negotiable
Flat rate for an entire project is negotiable. Please contact me and we can figure out how I can help you meet your project’s music/sound needs within your budget.
